You should expect a few things when you come in for your appointment. Professionalism; we think health should be fun while taking it seriously. Expect thoroughness. Day 1
One your first visit to our office you will need to fill out some paperwork. You can download it here and fill it out before you come in. This will make your first visit move that much quicker. As well, you will want to bring your insurance card with you if you have one. Afterwards the doctor with review your information and discuss your health challenges with you. It is important to us to understand exactly what you are dealing with and what exactly you are hoping to achieve with care. This is also the time where the doctor will spend some time discussing Inner Vitality’s philosophy of care and what you should expect going forward. The doctor will perform a physical examination that will vary on its degree of time and depth based on your case. A nervous system scan will also be performed. We are proud to provide our client’s with these scans by the Insight Subluxation Station created by CLA. This allows us to see how functional your nervous system is and where the interference might be. Lastly, x-rays may be taken. These will be taken to show any damage that exists in the structure of your spine.
At this point the doctor needs to evaluate his findings to make the very best recommendations for you. Any questions you might have at this point will be answered and then you will be invited to schedule a time to review all of your test results and treatment recommendations with the doctor.
Day 2.
No doubt you have been anxiously awaiting this appointment! Today the doctor will review his findings with you and go over your nervous system scan and any x-rays that were taken. It is very important to us that you understand the cause of your health challenges and what we can do to help you with them. Your treatment plan will be thoroughly discussed so you know exactly what to expect from us and what our expectations of you are. We will strive to answer all of your questions to your satisfaction so that you can make an empowered decision about your health. If you are accepted as a patient the doctor will coach you through your first adjustment today.
